im at work again... bored as hell. and plus, my arthritis is acting up between my fingers from writing for so long. today's officially my last day of summer vacation...sigh... what will i do? what's there to eat? anyhow, here's a flashback of my fun-filled summer...

summer highlights:

- clubbin' summer anthem: my goodies - ciara. whenever carlyn and i heard this, we'd go crazy and do the happy fingers to each other.
- hip night club: margarita rocks. i should go on a non-91x night. it's just not dirrty enough when youre freaking to linkin park.
- fav bar drink: jager bomb. thanks bev for introducing me to it. it's the mothereffin bizomb! tokyo tea comes second.
- best cosmo: yard house... by far.
- lamest place to hang out: dave and busters. it's so not cool there. it's gross. gookalator/fob alert!
- fav summer movies: spiderman2, dodgeball, and napoleon dynamite.
- fav new asian movies: battle royale and my sassy girl. battle royale was shocking, intriguing, and downright barbaric. but i was amused the whole time. japanese teens confessing their love for another and then killing them was unheard of. i never knew how great my sassy girl was. the second time around, it made me laugh, cry, and cheer for the nerdy guy pursuing the pretty girl. aww, it was a cute movie.
- best summer party: super fun 21! everyone we love came, and dude, the pinata w/ mini liquor bottles was the shit. thanks for the great bday celebration ya'll!
- frequent dinner outting: buca di beppo. love the atmosphere, the dim lighting, and the food. otmc comes second.
- what i missed out on: beach swimming. i may have stepped into the sand, but i didn't touch the water.
- frequent coffee pit stops: the living room in el cajon. mostly studied at this place towards the end of summer, but it's all cool. their soy mochas are so freakin delicious, though.
- what sucked ass: working full time.
- what sucked more ass: still poor. i don't know where all my hard-earned cash went. =(
- giddiest moment: the photo shoot i conducted. dude, that was so fun!
- fav amusement park: universal studios. it was the only one i recently vacated to. i enjoyed every minute of it.
- date spot: la jolla coves. tee-hee... 'nuff said.
- unexpected: mine and bev's new banana chocolate cake that turned out to be one of the bestest cakes we've ever tasted. it was unbelievably delicious. seriously.
- best tasting calamari: pf changs. even though you barely get enough, it's the best! joe's crab shack and tapioca express trailed behind.
- most stressful period: redecorating my room. i repainted my room, made numerous stops at ikea, and assembled the furniture all while having a terrible cold.
- most annoying radio song(s): all the hillary duff songs. i hate this dumb bitch.
- stupidest celebrity: britney spears. what happened, girl? you shouldn't have bought your own engagement ring, honey. you should be ashamed of yourself!
