4th quarter, 1:19 left, 20 dallas, 21 seattle, dallas on 4th and goal. at this rate, i was celebrating a cowboy victory and thinking, 'poor seattle, maybe next year, sucka!' and then, something so unexpected happened... something so awful i couldn't believe my eyes!
romo mishandled the ball for the fg attempt!!! in other words, ya know when the fat guy crouched down throws the ball under his legs to pass it to the player who sets it down for the kicker? well the ball setter for the kicker was romo. he must've planted his hands in butter before heading out to the field or something cuz he totally didn't have full grasp of the ball. yep, no gramatica kick which means what could've been and should've been didn't happen. Augh it was such a major blow to the team and to his ego but i hope he learns to let it go.
after the clock had run out, throngs of reporters and photographers swarmed romo as he took his walk of shame on qwest field. the scene was so tragic and so so sad -- but still, even to this minute, all i can think about was how i wish i were carrie underwood right now. she's the lucky one who'd be the one to console him... and love him... i'm so damn jealous of her success and total body makeover! seriously!(i still want a romo fathead.)
