Golden Globes recap










to my dismay...
- what i couldn't believe was dreamgirls won for best comedy/musical picture. really?! dreamgirls? really? out of all the movies in the same category, i didn't think dreamgirls would've won. yes i liked the movie, but really? i wish borat had won. i was yearning for 2 acceptance speeches from him.

rooting for...
- borat, meryl streep, and UGLY BETTY! america ferrer won and she had a tremendously inspirational acceptance speech. she was so elegant and articulate that she made me a proud fan of the show. i love this show!
- brad and angelina looked so damn gorgeous together!
- im glad beyonce didn't win. is it just me but didn't beyonce look fake smiling at the camera during all those times she and her table were shot?
- borat had the best acceptance speech!
- 24 and kiefer. they didn't win, but i'm glad greys anatomy won. i think 24 will dominate the upcoming emmys.

awkward...
- jt and cameron were in the same room...
- j.lo and diddy were also in the same room...
- forest whittaker was totally speechless that i felt embarassed for him.

played out...
- no disrespect and all, but what's up with the queen elizabeth movies/tv series?! okay, we get it... queen elizabeth was a bomb ass queen that ever ruled england. i can just imagine cate blanchett rolling her eyes during helen mirren's 'the queen' and 'elizabeth' acceptance speeches.
