elizabethtown was not that great, nor was it a good movie... to me. it was a very disappointing movie for me because i expected so much from it, considering the fact that it was written and directed by one of my favorite hollywood director/screenwriter, cameron crowe. it's a very long movie, so brace yourself with comfort food, popcorn, nachos, hot dogs, pretzels, and soda. by the way, amc has free refills on all large sodas and large popcorns. yipee! anyway, the number one reason i dozed off a few times, err several times, was because of kirsten dunst. she's not cute, beautiful, or great. close ups of her face made me grimace. the lines she recited went into one ear and out the next. i was uninterested with her performance and wished so much that crowe casted kate hudson for the part. argh! i wish...

mau, i watched it too. found it to be a lackluster film, but it was ok. casting had SOOO much to do with it. orlando bloom seemed too concerned with hiding his accent that he forgot to act. -mon
btw, i hear my friend greg is in your class?
yah, i heard it was 2 hours of torture
