today was the longest work day ever! during our early friday morning meeting, i was found in the back, napping and sipping on coffee with my eyes closed. there's just something about work meetings that make it so irresistible to nap on the fancy pancy cherry wood furniture. it's so pretty! i hate file audits! we perform audits annually, and yep, it's that time of the year again. ugh! spare me.

the more you know: i had my mvh tutoring orientation yesterday. it went pretty smoothly, according to planned. im very optimistic about this new task of mine. i finally get to work with kids, and ironically, tutor them in math. never in a million years would i have imagined myself aiding high school kids with the number one subject i detest.

film clASS: to my dismay, redundancy will be evident in this quarter's history of film class. silent black and white films blow my mind, in a negative way. i hate trying to find something spectacular and extravagant about them. i can't lie to myself. although these type of films are the foundation of cinematography, i think they're crap. they're bizarre, uninteresting, and ancient. please! no more torture!

tgif: this chillin friday night is going to be well spent with my best friend. add some mikes hard, hard laq, home-cooked filipino meals, and gambling, and what have you got? the sweetest elixir of friday night fun. let's watch mean girls!!! that movie is so damn fetch!
