i fail to perceive san diego's expansive development as an improvement! my pretty little town is getting over populated and trashy. on the way to work, i left home a little early to catch the 6:45 trolley. boy was that a bust! i had to hit the brakes near the L street exit, a little over 2 miles from national city. whatever happened to rush starting at the 54 junction? damn man. ironic thing is, leaving early only made me even later than ever. i got to work late and a little angry. if i hadn't brought my ipod, i would've grown outraged, bulky, and green. shit.

the girly thing: cramps are my enemy. during my cramp attack, the pain trickled into my thighs and calves. it felt like i just returned from a whole day's hike. i was teary-eyed driving home because it was so painful! everytime i accelerated, more tears would reflood my eyes. when i got home, i was crawling up the stairs pathetically. my older sis found me struggling and offered me pain killers. thanks dude. that saved my temporarily painful disorder.

my weekend: yay, my ucla friends are coming down to celebrate pre-halloween fun! we're all planning to get the shit scared out of us at balboa's haunted trails. i know im gonna piss in my pants. hopefully, i won't piss a gallon full. my mother's leaving s.d. to visit my father and our new norcal abode. i've got upcoming midterms this week and next week... bummer... but i can deal. my baby's finally finished after four sick days at the repair shop. it's like new again! =) no more lugging the big ass benzo to la jolla and back. that full tank cost me $50+. suv's are freakin gas guzzlers, man!

new fav movie: the motorcycle diaries. i wouldn't mind watching it again. it was based on the journals of che guevara, the cuban revolutionist leader who worked alongside fidel. gael garcia bernal is so damn sexy. omg. natalie portman is so lucky!

my new Thing: lately, i've been baking goodies for the fam. i'm trying to live up to my future "obedient wife" role, although it's waaaay down the road. i've got the whole cake, cookies, and brownies thing down. next thing on my to do list is learn how to cook my favorite filipino meals with the help of my dad.
