again, im blogging coming straight from a government computer. this is going to be a long one cuz duh(!), im at work. ok, at work, i've been rotated once again and assigned to a different task unit -- the immigration fraud unit. sounds exciting right? nah. ok sorta... all the older people i work with have the clearance to accomplish most things that i, the student, cannot touch. this is my monotonous routine i've grown adapted to: turn on computer, sort mail, work on whatever my boss dumped in my inbox, check ccmail, grab a tall soy latte at horton's starbucks, and grab a box of paperwork to work on for the rest of the day. grueling? not at all. i guess the only thing killing me at this job is the fact that it's an 8.5 hour shift. and one more thing to complain about -- im not a morning person! 6am is so damn early! sometimes, i wake up angry or wanting to cry because it's so goddamn early. but then, when i wash my face and brush my teeth, i don't feel so down anymore. despite the early morning report to work, the plus side is that i get to go home early enough to still have the whole day to look forward to. except on most days after work, i just end up crashing on my bed or at chris' (if im desperate enough or incapable to drive those extra few minutes/exits home).

man, my friends and i have yet to visit tj for some sidewalk tacos this summer. the last time i did that was during senior year of high school. we constantly ditched syverson's boring ass class for some in-n-out, tj malls, and really authentic mexican tacos. and the weirdest part was, syverson rarely noticed our absence from class. oh! and those yearbook passes i created got us out of campus easily and into school events with no charge. haha! no stress, no excuse, and no saturday school. and plus, being asian at an all mexican school granted me leeway to do anything i wanted.

tj scene is sooo over now. all the cool clubs have been shut down, well except the 80s club in the plaza. now, downtown and pb are calling out my name! hmmm, maybe this weekend, i'll rally up the girlies to go to whistle stop in southpark. i keep crying wolf about southpark. ok, fo rils, this time, southpark will happen.

so this summer, i didn't travel anywhere beyond the southern california boundary nor visit any amusement parks. well, i just discovered more new things to do in here in sd. in addition, i will never EVER go to dave and busters ever again. that was like some bad flashback i couldn't escape. it was so gross! the social atmosphere was terribly hostile and uninviting... and full of IT.

oooh, shawn's having a kickback tonight. girlies, call me if you'd like to join us. yessss! something to do tonight.
