so a highway patrolman pulls me over on the 5 south. i pass his sobriety check and manage to walk away from the situation without receiving a speeding ticket.
highway patrolman, i know what "sweeping" the freeway means. and yes, in san diego, people do get pulled over onto the center divider, although the law says the right shoulder is best.
