i got home 2 hours early from school today because someone in my media class had a seizure. i couldn't believe what was happening at first, but boy was it a ghastly sight -- the helpless guy was coughing while foaming in the mouth, shaking uncontrollably, toes curling, eyes twitching, and veins popping out of his forehead and arms. you know how i dealt with it? i walked out. i didn't want to be a spectator about the ordeal and there was nothing for me to do. my TA was holding the seizure guy down, someone had already called the school medics, and everyone else was already condoling him or hanging close by -- all of them masked with worried faces. it was so much worse than the daughter from the movie, "the panic room," when she was having a seizure. it tripped me out, man!
